Very Rev Solomon Eshun
Board Chair

Very Rev. Superintendent Solomon Eshun is a respected clergyman of the Methodist Church Ghana, with decades of dedicated service.

He has distinguished himself as a passionate advocate for social justice, community development, and spiritual growth.

Dr. Senyo Adzei
Board Member

Senyo adzei holds a PHD in Anthropology of music from
University of Cape Coast where he lectures in both the Department of Music and Centre for African and International Studies.

He’s serving as the Diocesan Lay Chairman of the Northern Accra Diocese of the. Methodist Church Ghana. Senyo is also the Connexionally Safeguarding Coordinator for the Methodist Church Church, an office responsible for safeguarding and protecting children and vulnerable adults in the Church.

Mrs. Emma Hammond
Board Member

Mrs. Emma Hammond is an astute Christian of the Methodist Church Ghana. She worships with the Ebenezer Methodist Cathedral, Madina in the Northern Accra Diocese. She is a product of University of Ghana Legon. She holds Bachelor of Arts Degree in
Information Studies with Psychology and Master of Arts in Information Studies (Archival Option), all from
University of Ghana, Legon. She also has certificates in Monitorig and E v a l u a t i o n i n H e a l t h
Administration  and Management all from GIMPA. She is a retired Health Worker with forty-one (41) years of working experience. Service to the ChurchMrs. Hammond has held various positions in the Church Administration
including: · President of the Ebenezer Women’s Fellowship, Madina· a Circuit Women’s Fellowship Treasurer in
· a Methodist Girls’ Fellowship Caretaker,
· Society Gender and Social Intervention Coordinator
· Circuit Gender and Social Intervention
Coordinator · the 1st President of the Women’s
Fellowship in the Northern Accra Diocese

Local Preacher, a Marriage Counsellor
with over ten (10) years’ experience in
pre-marital counselling, the Diocesan

Heritage Coordinator.

She is also a Patron-member of the Christ Little Band and a Patron of the Church
Circuit Choir and also Ebenezer Cathedral.A patron of the Choral Ambassadors
Singing Group.Sister Emma is married to Ing. Francis Hammond for the past 39 years and they
are blessed with two young men and two grandsons.

USA, Zimbabwe and South Africa.

Richard Komeh
Board Member

Richard Komeh is a Chartered
Accountant with over thirty years
extensive accounting, auditing and senior
management experience.

He has significant working experience in senior
managerial positions within the Global
Express Company, DHL Worldwide
Express where He worked for 34 years.
Richard has comprehensive knowledge
of Financial Management, Tax, Finance
Compliance and Financial Accounting
Procedures and Practices.
And has a strong working knowledge of
the West African business sub region. He
retired from DHL Sub-Saharan Africa as
the CFO for the African region. Richard
is currently working with the
a c c o u n t i n g a n d m a n a g e m e n t
consulting firm FranceNorman and
Associates as a senior associate.

He is a member of the Institute of
Chartered accountants in Ghana and
holds an MBA in Finance from the
University of Leicester, United Kingdom.

George Kingsley Acquah
Board Member

George is a dynamic legal professional with exceptional
experience in corporate transactions, banking and finance, energy, environment and natural resources.

He is dedicated to the driving of adoption of best practices and standards at the local, regional and international levels, promoting the implementation of policies and regulations based on clear understanding of emerging issues and in-depth knowledge of legal concerns. His on-the-job experience has afforded him a well-rounded skill set, including first-rate critical thinking and interpersonal skill

This has ensured his success serving in various capacities for government and private entities for over a decade.

Rev. Dr. Randulph Akuna Dennis Spaine
Founder / CEO

The Rev. Dr. Randulph Akuna Dennis Spaine, born in May 1977
in Freetown, Sierra Leone, is a dedicated leader and a devout
man of God, raised in a Christian family.

His educational journey includes attending Sierra Leone Grammar School and gaining admission to Fourah Bay College at the University of Sierra Leone. Rev Dr. Spaine is a remarkable scholar, holding numerous prestigious qualifications: a Licentiate in Divinity,a B achelor’s Degree withH o n o u r s i n T h e o l o g y, aP o s t g r a d u a t e D i p l o m a i n Education, a Master of Arts in Leadership and TransformativePractices, a Master of Science in Environmental Sustainability
and Management, a Master of
Philosophy in Religion and
Philosophical Studies, and a PhD

in Practical Theology with a
focus on ethical issues in society.From 2005 to 2014, he madesignificant contributions as a lecturer and assumed the role of Head of the Department of Peace and Conflict Studies at Sierra Leone Theological College(now the College of Theologyand Management) in 2010.

He continues to impart his
knowledge as a lecturer at
W i s c o n s i n I n t e r n a t i o n a l University College in Accra,Ghana

With nearly two decades of experience as a Methodist
minister, Rev Dr. Spaine has actively served the Sierra Leone
Methodist Church as a Circuit Minister, as a member of the
Conference Examination and Training Committee, and as a
member of the General-Purpose Committee from 2013 to 2015.

Presently, he serves as an Auxiliary Minister at Ebenezer
Methodist Cathedral, Northern A c c ra D i o c e s e , M e t h o d i s tChurch Ghana.

Rev Dr. Spaine, possesses a profound commitment to publicservice, rooted in his Christian faith. This foundation of values
has cultivated a steadfast dedication to addressing social
i s s u e s a n d p r o m o t i n g community welfare.

With a deep-seated faith that
e m p h a s i z e s c o m p a s s i o n , empathy, and selflessness, Rev Dr. Spaine brings a unique perspective to the non-profit
sector.

Mr Kingsley Domfeh
Director of Finance

Kingsley Osei Domfeh is a distinguished Chartered and Certified Economist (AAFMUSA),
and a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Economists (ACCE)
Ghana.

Known for his strong commitment to excellence and integrity, he brings a wealth of
expertise in academia and the financial sector.

He is currently a PhD Candidate at ISSER –
University of Ghana and also holds an MPhil
in Economics from the University of Ghana,Legon, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Cape Coast.
Additionally, he earned a Teacher’s Certificate
‘A’ from Abetifi College of Education, which
laid the foundation for his early career in
education.

With over a decade of experience in the Educational and Financial Services industries, Kingsley has made significant contributions in
both fields.

He is currently a Full-Time
Lecturer at the Department of Development
and Environmental Studies as well as Economics at Wisconsin International
University College.

In the financial sector, Kingsley held several
key management positions, including Credit Manager, Branch Chief Executive, and Senior Credit Officer.

Mrs. Dorcas Inaka Abakli-Zakli
Senior Executive

Dorcas currently works with GhanaCollege of Pharmacists as the head of Procurement and Stores, she also has
other assigned responsibilities as staffwelfare chairperson, the health andsafety officer and The College’s gender focal person at the Ministry of Health.


She is an adjunct lecturer in Health Communication and lifestyle counselling
at Nyarkotey University College ofHolistic Medicine and Technology.

She is result oriented and motivated individual
capable of using knowledge, experience and ability to interact with individuals
across all levels to work both
independently, and in a team to achieve set targets in a pressurized and deadline driven environment.
